Valerie Wiest shares her experience of going through a marital breakup. One may not think immediately of leadership  before they hear her story but leadership is what Valerie is all about. She is raising her children, helping women with strength training and is on a mission to start a business.
What is amazing to us is Valerie does not throw her Ex under the bus. She looks inwardly and admits that she wasn't her true self during the years leading up to the affair and eventual divorce. Her attitude allows her to accept some of the responsibility and she does not want to be viewed as a victim. Pretty amazing perspective if you ask us.
Have you ever hearsd the line, everything happens for a reason? This too is discussed. Some things in life can't be explained. What would be the reason for pedophilia? There is none. A better expression is :there can be meaning found in every situation.Â
