Though suffering from PTSD, Pasha has dedicated his life to learning ways to manage stress and helping others stay in control when the times are very tough.

Episode Notes

Pasha was in Iraq and protected his convoy by taking out a suicide bomber who was a few feet away from his team. He also survived an IED explosion that threw him 15 feet into the air.

Though the physical wounds were minor, Pasha returned home to his wife and their four beautiful boys, with internal wounds that changed the trajectory of his life.

In this episode you will learn about the challenges of living with PTSD, what to do when you're under extreme stress, and how to communicate with loved ones who may be going through similar challenges.
